difficult check-in terrible smell
The self check-in process was quite the adventure! I received the email with instructions on the day of arrival. Of course I didn't pick it up until I arrived. They asked me to fill in a contract online and the system just wouldn't cooperate, a minor inconvenience. I waited at a nearby cafe for an hour and a half, wrestling with technology just to get into the building. there was a terrible smell in the room.

the location was great and easy to find. i liked that.
check-in was a mess. i received an email on arrival day but missed it because i was traveling. i had to fill out a contract online, but it wouldn't work. we waited at a cafe for an hour and a half just to get into the place. there was also a terrible smell in the room, despite it being clean.

great view well equipped kitchen fantastic terrace online contract arrival day sorted chaos
the studio terrace was super cool with such a good view. the kitchen space, wow! it was totally well equipped and ready for anything. the location? a total score, so great to be near everything. plus, the private terrace was really fantastic and i used it every day.
the check in process? it reminded me of a nightmare. i got an email on arrival day but missed it because i was traveling and getting online was a hassle. they wanted me to fill out a contract online, but the site wouldn't work! i sat at a cafe for what reminded me of forever trying to get sorted, just to get inside.

Really good Location and Well-Equipped Room
advantageous location comfortable bed thoughtful provision
The location proved advantageous due to its proximity to Russafa Market, alongside various bars and restaurants. A comfortable bed contributed positively to my two-night stay. The room demonstrated immaculate cleanliness. I also liked the convenient coffee machine and the thoughtful provision of mini cakes and croissants.
I encountered difficulties during check-in, because the online contract experienced technical issues. This resulted in an hour and a half spent at a cafe in an attempt to resolve it before gaining entry. A noticeable smell in the room also detracted from the experience.

generally positive stay
helpful staff convenient luggage drop comfortable bed difficult check in contract issue terrible smell
the staff was very helpful with everything. i appreciated being able to drop off my bags before my stay. i also left them after my stay, really convenient. the bed was super comfy and i got fantastic sleep.
